What are the shipping methods and times?

All our shipments are entrusted to the SDA courier. Delivery times are 24/48 hours (Monday to Friday) from the time the order is delivered. Packing times are 1 working day. For International orders the time of the delivery may vary (7/10 days).

How do I track the shipment status?

At the time of order completion, you will receive a confirmation email of the shipping, with tracking number, visible on your account within the site or directly at www.sda.it

I am looking for POPs that are not in your catalog, can I order it from you?

For products that are already on the market but out of stock, we have daily arrivals and we can recover most of the POP releases. To know prices and availability you can contact us at info@solocollectibles.com

Do you Pre-Order?

For our policy we do not treat POPs that are actually available in our warehouse to be shipped. Pre-orders are often delayed and not always the quantities requested are sent to us by the suppliers, so we currently do not provide a pre-order service to avoid unpleasant delays or failures due to our will. In some cases we will include limited quantities that will be pre-ordered for a few days and / or until exhaustion.

Do you have a physical store?

No, at the moment we only deal with online sales, but you can select hand-over on Rome and go to our warehouse to pick up your orders.

Do you offer a return service?

If one of our POPs is damaged during transport, you can retrieve and receive another identical POP (unless available) or have a good purchase value for the damaged item. Customers can also use the right of withdrawal, as explained in the appropriate section.

What payments are accepted?

The fastest and most secure method to buy on our Store is Paypal. We also accept Postepay, Early Bank Transfer (the order will only be dispatched after the current account credit) and we also offer a marking service (with extra charge).

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled within one hour of the purchase made.

What is the meaning of box condition?

Here's a helpful guide to recognizing the status of the boxes:

MINT: The box is in perfect condition, no visible damage. Possible but not frequent minor defects visible only in backlight *

NEAR MINT: The box is in good general conditions, small unclear but present minor flaws, such as light ripples of the paper, or very light folds in unobtrusive spots.

NO MINT: The box may have one or more of the following defects: Moderate wear on the base or display case, slight dents, small ripples and minor creases.

DAMAGED: The box has macroscopic crushing dents and / or large tear-offs, possibly slipping the window, seriously damaged corners etc.
